Weeks 1 & 2 (Netherlands)

Entrances
|
- On Day 1 (August 16, 2007), former BB houseguests applied for this season. Right after, the fourteen chosen ones entered the house and started to unpack their belongings.

Events
|
- After the nomination ceremony, Mike and Daniele got 6 and 5 nomination points respectively and became this week's nominees. A public vote was held to decide who shall be evicted.
- After an incorrect nomination, Dick incurred a penalty of 1 nomination vote whereas Azis, Jessica, Lisa, Mike, Rebecca and Sada got 2 nomination votes each.

Competitions
|
- The first immunity task, named "From The Beginning", was to correctly answer 20 questions regarding the 6 seasons of Dutch Big Brother. After the challenge, Julie Chen declared Bart as the winner. As a reward, he was immune from nominations.

|
- On Day 9 (August 24, 2007), Mike became the first evictee, getting 56.2% of the eviction vote. Fellow nominee Daniele only got 43.8%.

Week 3 (Brazil)

Events
|
- After the Leader ceremony, Daniele nominated Lisa for nomination.
- At the Angel ceremony, Daniele chose to make Diane immune from nominations.
- Another nomination was held and Rebecca ended up nominated.

Competitions
|
- The Leader competition for this week, entitled "Volley Up", had the houseguests playing a game of volleyball. Houseguests were split into two teams, then the winner in a 2-out-of-3 match gets split until there are only two people left. Daniele won the challenge and became Leader.
- The Angel competition, titled "Jewel In The Household", had the Leader, nominee and 4 other houseguests search for boxes with the fellow houseguests' names etched on them. The winner is the owner of the box last found. Daniele, having hid hers in the bathroom, went to search in the Confessional Room, and found all the five other boxes there. After calling back the other houseguests, Julie announced that Daniele won the Angel Challenge.

- On Day 19 (September 3, 2007), Lisa became the second evictee, getting 71.4% of the eviction vote. Fellow nominee Rebecca only got 28.6%.

Week 4 (France)

Events
|
- After the Immunity task, nine people were immune, more than the usual number of immuned people. (It normally ranges from 1 to 3 people.)
- After the nomination ceremony on Day 21 (September 5, 2007), Azis and Dick were nominated.
- Even though they were immune, Jessica, Rebecca, Sada and Wendy received two nomination penalty votes each for not nominating two males. Even though it is not counted for this round, it will be included in counting nomination votes for breaking a tie in the eviction vote.

Competitions
|
- This week's immunity task, named "Aggressive Alpine Skating", was to get through an obstacle course in the fastest time in order to win immunity and the opportunity to nominate. This task was unique, since the house was divided into guys vs. girls. The times are averaged and the team with the faster average time wins. If the males lose, two of the four get nominated. The females will nominate 2 males. If the females lose, four of the eight get nominated. The males will nominate 4 females. The females won the challenge and will nominate two among Azis, Bart and Dick. (George had the fastest time among the males, so he was immuned as well.)

- On Day 24 (September 8, 2007), Azis became the third evictee, getting 87.5% of the eviction vote. Fellow nominee Dick only got 12.5%.

Week 5 (Africa)

Events
|
- Rebecca and Sada were unveiled as nominees right after the Head of House challenge. Dionne chose to not remove either one of them off the nomination block as part of winning the Head of House.

Competitions
|
- This week's Head of House task, named "Africa In A Nutshell", lasted for 9 days. As the games were played, the public voted for the two people they want to be nominated. The first round, played on Day 24 after the eviction, involved solving a puzzle of the African continent. Alison, Jessica, Rebecca, Sada and Wendy were eliminated. The second round, played on Day 26, involved a Survivor-style voting round where George and Daniele were eliminated. The final round, played on Day 31, involved completing the task behind a door each chosen by the remaining houseguests. Dionne was declared Head of House on Day 32.

- On Day 34 (September 18, 2007), Rebecca became the fourth evictee, receiving 5 out of 7 votes to evict. Fellow nominee Sada only received 2. Jessica and Wendy received one penalty vote each for not voting to evict either Rebecca or Sada. Even though it is not counted for this round, it will be included in succeeding votes for breaking a tie in the vote.

Week 6 (Canada)

- This week, the houseguests are playing in pairs.
- Dick and George were supposed to nominate a pair for eviction, but Sada voluntarily left the house, so instead they win an advantage for the next challenge.

Competitions
|
- The competition for this week was for a chance to nominate a pair for eviction. The challenge, named "Pairs of Pairs", had teams playing two pair games, eliminating two pairs each time. The first challenge was a memory challenge held on Day 35, eliminating Alison/Jessica and Wendy/Sada. The second challenge involved a more complicated memory challenge. Dick and George emerged as winners.

Week 7 (Pacific)

Events
|
- This week, the houseguests are playing in triads (Dick/Diane/Alison, George/Bart/Jessica and Dionne/Daniele/Wendy).
- Teams were given a list of houseguests just before the challenge.
- After the challenge ended on Day 44, George, Bart and Jessica were revealed as this week's nominees.

Competitions
|
- In this week's competition, named "Word Factory", they must name as many houseguests as possible from the BB editions near the Pacific Region in around 10 minutes. The triad that has the least houseguests correctly gets nominated for eviction. Here's the catch: If any two of the triads has the same houseguest on their lists, it will be crossed out, just like in Word Factory. If there is a tie, then the number of houseguests from BB Pacific on their list will be used to determine which triad is nominated.

- On Day 45 (September 29, 2007), George was revealed as the sixth evictee, becoming the first of seven jurors.

Week 8 (Philippines)

|
- Like Week 6, houseguests are agained grouped into pairs for the challenge.
- At the end of Day 49 (October 3, 2007), Daniele and Wendy were nominated.

Competitions
|
- This week's challenge, named "Back To School", had the houseguests answer questions about BB Philippines houseguests. However, they answer it in a test-like manner. Once all results are tallied, the rewards and punishments will be given out. Nominations will take place after.

- On Day 54 (October 8, 2007), Wendy became the seventh evictee and left as the second juror.

Week 9 (Greece)

Events
|
- After the challenge, Dionne was tasked to group the remaining six houseguests into two triads, fighting for the chance to live in the luxurious half and and not be put up for the eviction vote. She placed Bart, Jessica and Dick in one triad and Daniele, Diane and Alison in another triad.
- Alison, Daniele and Diane came out on the losing end, thus they were nominated for eviction.

Competitions
|
- The competition for this week was for immunity. The challenge, named "Pillars of Hercules", had teams playing an Olympic pentathlon. Dionne won this challenge on Day 56 (October 10, 2007) and will decide how the remaining 6 will be grouped into triads for the nomination challenge.
- The nomination competition, named "It's All Greek To Me", involved answering questions about famous Greek epics. The winning triad gets to stay in the luxurious half while the other triad will move to the house's poor half and be nominated for eviction as well. Bart, Dick and Jessica won over the other triad and were safe.

- On Day 60 (October 14, 2007), Daniele became the eighth evictee and the third juror.

Week 10 (India)

|
- The houseguests listed four names down on Day 61.
- On Day 63, Bart and Dick, voted by the houseguests as least deserving, were nominated. Their fates will be decided by Diane, Dionne and Jessica, who the houseguests thought were most deserving.

- On Day 64 (October 18, 2007), Bart left the house in a 2-1 vote. He received votes from Diane and Dionne.

Week 11 (Australia)

- The houseguests competed this week to earn points. 60 points are gathered from nominations. Twenty other points will come from the task, ten from the public poll rankings (10 for top placer, 7.5 for second, 5 for 3rd, 2.5 for 4th and 0 for 5th. Points will be averaged for ties.) and ten from Big Brother, for a total of 100 points.
- As a twist, the surviving nominee, Dick, became Head of Household.
- In another twist, Dionne and Alison are two-in-one housemates for the week, where Dionne/Alison play as one houseguest. However, Dionne will not get evicted if Alison is evicted, and vice-versa.

- This week's challenge, named "Eucalyptus Tree - Hundred", had the houseguests solve a 300-piece puzzle of a koala and its baby on a eucalyptus tree.

- On Day 66 (October 20, 2007), Alison left the house earning only 45 points.

Week 12 (Germany)

- The houseguests also compete this week to earn points. Nominations are worth 50 points, the task is worth 25 points, the public poll worth 10 points and 15 points will come from Big Brother, for a total of 100 points. The week's score will be computed by averaging two-thirds of the houseguest's present score and one-third of the houeseguest's score last week.
- Having earned the highest score last week, Diane became HoH and is immune. However, if her score this week is below 75.95 (95.5-(9.55+10)), she loses the immunity this week.

Competitions

- For this challenge, named "Oktoberfest", houseguests must match as many pairs of German words in a 10x10 memory grid in two minutes. Points will be given based on their performance.

- On Day 70 (October 24, 2007), Dick joined the jury, earning only 52.667 out of a possible 100 points.

- On Day 94 (November 17, 2007), the seven-member jury convened to decide on who they will vote for to win.
- On Day 100 (November 23, 2007), the votes were tallied and Jessica emerged as the winner of IBB. She got votes from Dick, Bart, Daniele, George and Sada, who replaced a sick Wendy. Dionne got votes from Diane and Alison.
